We talk a lot about is that feeling true hunger or just cravings? How do I find out? I have what I call a craving cubby in my pantry and it’s filled with sardines, canned tuna, chicken and salmon. I also keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge. If I’m craving something I tell myself I can have it but I have to eat something from the craving cubby first. If I’m unwilling to do that, it’s not true hunger.
