Just a heads up I started taking osteo biflex for wintertime arthritis pain and I noticed my sugar going up for no reason Then I found out it’s loaded with polyglucose Another form of sugar 😡😡😡 My wife takes the minis they don’t have it in them Glucosamine is no good either It shot my sugar up to 170 😳
