0% of my being wanted to workout today. I tried to find any excuse I could to avoid it.. but then I thought about how much better Id feel after. So I hopped on the bike for a live class and did the dang thing. And yep, feeling 100% better after! What are you doing for movement today? Here’s to a great week! 😀
