Had a "hankering" for pasta today,Sunday. Made some shirataki noodles with olive oil, garlic, romano cheese, hot pepper flakes & parsley. Also had some veggies - mini peppers, celery stalks with mascarpone cheese seasoned with paprika. Finished off with some plain Greek yogurt, but added vanilla protein powder, a couple of strawberries & peanut butter powder. Everything fit the need today.
