I can feel myself starting to struggle with the anticipation of the holidays. In the past I’ve told myself I can power through it, that I’m just weak if I give in. But I see the value in eating low carb when hungry, having low carb replacement foods always available during this stressful time. So I’m freezing Rosette’s pistachio cookie dough as we speak. I’ve made a low carb raspberry jello fluff. I’m going to make a meatloaf for dinner tonight with beef and pork and mushrooms and feta and onions and Primal BBQ sauce. Also, after making mummy dogs for Halloween, I had a small piece of the flattened Rosette’s dough left over. I fried it up in a pan and spread some butter on it. It was just like toast!!!!
