Tried this tonight. Used my burger press on the blackstone to flatten 1lb of sausage. Cooked on one side then flipped. Added a layer of mozzarella, then Rau’s, then more mozzarella. Put the steamer lid over it to melt the top layer of cheese. It was really good and gone quickly 😏
