On the heels of tonight's meeting the message resonated with a lot of folks. Beware of those saboteurs in your life who say, "have a little piece-it's not going to kill you." Or, "everything in moderation." . You don't tell a drowning person to breath more. . While some folks may mean well, or the food may have cultural significance tied to tradition or holidays you must always advocate for yourself. . Have a road map 🗺 for your success ready to go with contingencies. Plans A,B,C,D if necessary. . "Plan the work, Work The Plan."
