Reducing added fat. I have been on a low carb diet for a while now. Being able to consume nuts and nut butters has been a staple over this period. I am now looking to reduce added fats and plan on cutting back on nuts/nut butters as the primary source of fats. Has anyone had any experience reducing their fat intake? Please share any best practices or lesson learned.
