So today was the first time I went off track this afternoon. Today business lunch was very limited on food options and there were some meat that was breaded and meatloaf that I am sure had bread in it. I didn't eat a lot of it. But I kinda wanted to test myself about how well I can bounce back. I was on track when I came home. I hear @Amy Eiges voice in my head “ eat more low carb tomorrow” and I pulled out meat to make tomorrow. So I am prepared for the weekend. The picture is me and my husband after lunch.
