Hello everyone. Just made a quick batch of my family's family's favorite cauliflower soup. The real reason was for my 20 yr old; she had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled this morning. She was wanting something with sustenance, not just sugar and water. I like this soup hot or cold, she wasn't keen on cold so she is having it room temp. I will have to work hard at not having any. Lol. I have attached the recipe; it is no longer free on line so I took pics of my printed copy. 🤗 This recipe is EASY, I use the biggest cauliflower head available, it makes it nice and thick. It would be good with bacon bits sprinkled on top too.
