Well we are only a couple days away from the cheer and merriment and i wanted to take this moment to wish everyone a great time with family. These have been a tough couple years with this covid crap but all we can do is pull up the bootstraps and cowboy on hope for the best. I truly hope our leaders can come together our all the crap aside and help us. For me it has been tough year with diet and stuff, my wife is not on board with the lifestyle per se and her mom has dementia/Alzheimer’s which gets worse every day. Now we have her at our house 3 days a week so lifestyle has been real tough to keep up with between these commitments and stress but i am still doing best i can when i can. I figured a usual old day used to be 100 g Rams of carbs just for breakfast then huge sun or pizza or sandwiches for lunch and then some sort of pasta or fried prepared garbage for dinner.. Nowadays a bad day is i had a hardtop with my eggs to make a sandwich to go or i had a roll with some cold cuts i think maybe i am doing under 200 grams a day on my worst days now. It’s not great but it’s the best way i can stay sane these days. Weight wise i think a year ago i was 210 now i am starting around 220. Hoping to make progress after the new year again biggest struggle is trying to figure out how to get all these issues cohesive for me. Thankful to this lifestyle and the folks in here and y podcast i listen to to keep me on track,,,,
