In 2014 I was really motivated to lose weight. I bought a FitBit watch and a FitBit scale and have been tracking me weight (the good, the bad, and the ugly) since then. The 1st picture was taken in Oct 2015 after I had lost and regained 50+ lbs after another failed attempt at Weight Watchers. The 2nd was taken in Oct 2022 after losing 58+ lbs on low carb (78+ lbs total from my highest weight). I wish someone had told me then what I know now. The last 7 years would have been very different. It’s not a “diet”, it’s a “lifestyle” change. I will NEVER go on a diet ever again. I still have a little ways to go before I reach my ultimate goal but I’m on my way and it feels amazing!
