I’m so excited to talk about this book on Tuesday. It was one of my favorites when I read it the first time right after it came out. And I’m picking up more information this second time around. I love how Dr Lustig explains concepts and processes. This is one of the books I keep on the top shelf of my bookcase in the dining room. I always want people to ask about it.
