Reverse Seared Ribeye and Everything Bagel Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower First time cooking a ribeye in the air fryer. It was a little overdone and then my skillet for the sear was a little too hot. Had a good taste and I’ll definitely try it again but I’ll shorten the cook time. Recipe called for 250 deg for 45 minutes, turning over half way through. Then searing in an iron skillet. I’ve done the reverse several times, sear and then put in the conventional over at 450 deg for 4 minutes. Which has always turned out great.
