NO-PREP MEALS Let’s let this post be a collection of recipes and ideas for NO-PREP MEALS … meals that you don’t need to cook anything for, just plate. The only prep you have to do is have it available! This came up in our small group last week as a good topic to have a collection post on (especially from workaholics that work from home). There are a handful of other posts ideas we have that I’ll make soon, stay tuned. My favorites: — Smoked salmon spread with whipped cream cheese and topped with everything but the bagel seasoning — “Sushi Plates” that I make using some combo of smoked salmon or smoked tuna, seaweed snacks (not nori sheets), hot sauce, soy, and wasabi. — Carnivore Crisps and dip … dips can include French onion dip, sour cream, queso, salsa, or spinach artichoke dip. — A family favorite … cured meats like braciola, pepperoni, prosciutto, with olives! We love Trader Joe’s Manzanilla Olives which are individually foil wrapped for on-the-go or a big jar of Castlevetrano from Costco. — A classic handwhich … my favorite is deli ham and havarti!
