Well covid or not….. this workout felt really good! Is it true u can sweat out the germs?? I dunno…. But I tried!🤣 ….. i truly believe that habit is key! Ask yourself what is the minimum you can do everyday? 10min walk? 15 min walk? You can build on that foundation. Get up 15 minutes earlier and do something for a short period of time. Even if its just a stretch. You are building the habit and its done for the day. 👊🏻
