So Today was odd. I was at lunch with my coworkers and I was eating my Greek salad (Great BTW) when out of nowhere I felt completely full. I had a meatball as an appetizer about 2/3 of my salad and I felt full. I have not felt like that in such a long time. I hope this keeps going! #nonscalevictory
