Hello, I'm new here π and transitioning to low-carb. Please share your favorite options for food you can take along to picnics/parks and days you are out and about with kids/doing activities? (Easy to eat preferably with your hands, at room temp, on the go). I'd also love advice about how anyone may be handling food addiction or binging. I'm better now with the reduction in carbs but still have episodes of binging on cheese or peanut butter/nuts at night.
