For the most part, keto has made me go nearly 80-90% unprocessed foods (still have cheese, sauces, mustard/Mayo, and some occasional keto-friendly treats). That’s up from maybe 10% before!! I’m wondering about cured meats, like pepperoni, salami, that kind of thing. I often keep some around as a quick snack that I can grab and eat quickly but I worry because some say they’re terrible for you, and it’s hard to know what to trust anymore. What are your thoughts?
