For anyone who misses the crunch of chips and the wild flavors of chips, I have a suggestion for you to try! Cabot has a habanero cheese that is wonderful and crisps up so easily. I put about an ounce to a ounce and a half on a small paper plate in the microwave for about 90 sec. Wait long enough for the melted cheese to rise up from the plate. Take it out and let it cool and it’ll crisp up. SO GOOD and I find also very satisfying for only a few pieces. I’ve never been able to get cheese chips to work out in the oven without burning, but this method works for me every time.
