Fasted 16 hours and broke it with eggs,half an avocado, bacon and a handful of spinach. Now 6 hours later feeling hungry so I threw a tbsp of Thai curry paste in with half a c of coconut milk and some cauliflower rice. Celery and cucumber on the side. Just two meals. A bit hungry in between meals but not even hungry during the 16 hours. I’ve stretched the time Between meals with black coffee/Roobois tea with a measured tbsp of cream or just water.
