Hey y'all. Thanks ahead for your encouragement/ideas. When life shakes up your schedule and/or saps your energy so that you're tempted to let your frequency at the gym slip, how do you mentally defend against that? AND similarly, what are the things you tell yourself to combat the thoughts that working out will be draining? Y'all are awesome!
