Oven Roasted Pork for those who love spoon tender pork that is kinda like smoked pulled pork but don’t have a smoker … ~10lbs pork butt ~ BBQ spice blend (something with paprika!) 1) Excessive amounts of spices rubbed all over all sides of pork. 2) Cook at 225 from 7am to 5pm so 10hrs total 3) Covered it with tin foil when it reached about 176F which is kinda the stall when you smoke meats It was unbelievable! We just ate straight up but in the cold months I usually add to ramen or Spanish inspired soups! 🐖
