I’m so thankful for being on the call tonight. Joan shared a lot of helpful and surprising information. I didn’t realize that dairy could be hurtful like that. And what she said about community, that really helps a lot. I don’t feel so alone. My dad used to always remind me that there are people better off than you and people worse off. You don’t know where they are in their lives. It doesn’t matter where we are in our journeys, we can all help one another and lend our support. The greatest commandment is to ‘Love one another’ and I can feel that here. Thank you all. I’m so glad that I am not avoiding sharing because of shame and guilt. You all are the best. 💜
