Brisket on Protein Sparing buns (I took them out of the freezer and toasted them...maybe a little too much, definitely more than intended, but it gives it a good crunchy crust like French bread so it was a good oops.) Asparagus "fries" and yellow squash "chips". Roasting the veggies at high Temps also probably contributed to the overly toasted buns. The oven was hot and I was impatient.
