My previous attempts at pork belly were meh, especially compared to my restaurant experiences. Yesterday evening, I cut it into tiny pieces and air fried it. I added salt and some of the Fire Roastin' Cajun seasoning (which I love on my pork rind and ground beef nachos). It was so great, that I wanted to share. Have a blessed day!
