I've walked 8 miles today with my dog. We had a great time. We did 2 separate walks. Super nice getting into the fresh air. Also started weight training which I'm loving! I'm enjoying the low carb lifestyle, my concentration is greatly improved, my anxiety is pretty much gone and I feel satiated after a meal and energetic. It's also great for my libido. Can I say that on this site?? I'm pretty surprised at that! What's the story with low carb and libido! It's awesome!
