My freezer stock of PSMF bread was depleted and since I am prepping for the week I dug out my stand mixer and made a 1.5x batch. Divided into one loaf pan, a set of burger buns, and for the smaller "bun" mold I swirled a mix of Swerve brown sugar and cinnamon into the top for cinnamon buns (really good, needed a little butter and next time I will kick up the Swerve and cinnamon amounts, and dig deeper into the bun when I swirl it in.)
