Had to share this with my new community. Joined the million meter club today. The goal was to finish before the new year. Check! Added bonus, completing the Holiday Challenge. I started rowing March 1st, 2021 and went from only being able to row for 15-20 minutes, to 1 hour sessions at least 3 days a week. I do all of my cardio in heart rate zone 2. Now I have to learn how to back off rowing a little and add back in my body weight resistance training. I put it on the back burner for several weeks in order to focus on my goal.
