The continuing struggle to keep movement in some kind of routine is big for me. I go in and out (mostly out) of whatever activity I find. Been trying to get back into walking on a more regular basis. My new neighbour has been helpful with getting out for walks. She has asked if I would be intetested in going in the morning before work. I think I need to give it a whirl. Wish me luck!
