I wanted to share my cgm #'s from yesterday. Had a busy day. At the gym early (4am) per usual fasted workout for core,weights & elliptical HIIT. Broke my fast about 1045am while driving to the golf course with a few meatsticks & super coffee. Sweltering heat for 18 holes of  golf with my son (bearded one) & relatives - staying hydrated while drinking my Pure Boost mix. After 9 holes of golf had a cheese steak with onions (no bun);continued with the remaining 9 holes having more meat sticks,olives,peanut butter & pork rinds. Spent a few hours socializing with a couple keto friendly cocktails (being responsible). Got home late and after dark to clean up,wind down & rest. Pretty stable cgm #s through busy the day.
