I was taken to a Venezuelan restaurant today They have a lot of selections that are low carb They don’t have potatoes with every meal I had roast pork with avocado salad I did have 2 kind of like mozzarella sticks That bumped my sugar 30 points but it came right back down and is sitting at 100 now Next time I will pass Some foods have lots of carbs but there are plenty of lo carb selections They serve there coffee with cotton candy but it’s not in the coffee just on the side So obviously I passed on that
