#alwayslookforthepositive šŸ‘€ Ok so…last night’s sleep was an unspeakable mess! If you’ve ever unexpectedly spent hours at the e-vet with a pet then you know what I’m talking about. Here’s how it went: PJ’s on, about ready to crawl into bed & daughter figures out we have a very sick kitty that needs to go to vet right NOW. Put pants back on, sweatshirt over the pj top & we’re off. 4.5 hours later we are on our way home with same kitty. Still sick but able to come home with us & is at least not worse this morning. Now THAT’S a positive! On to me & my sleep…lowest sleep score I’ve seen in a hot minute! Very late getting to bed & of course still same wake up time pretty much. I even got 4 stands and some Move time on my Apple Watch *before* I ever even went to bed…I’ll call that a positive! 😬 But the one I really wanted to share is pics 4 & 5! No Significant Movement?!? I’m a huge tosser & turner and I have never seen those words on my Oura ring before! Pic 5 is from a day earlier in the week when I actually got Optimal sleep (92) & even then there was lots of little move lines overnight. Not sure if being SO stressed & exhausted that when you finally fall into bed you simply don’t move at all is really a positive or not. Maybe a half positive. Sometimes life is just like that though… I’m grateful for waking up each morning & getting to take things as they come! THAT’S the real positive! šŸ˜Ž
