OH MY GOODNESS, What a difference 24 hrs makes. I hurt my back setting up the back deck for Spring, and have been half crippled since. 3 work week's ginger back and forth from my work desk to my bed, with my lower right back in constant spasm and random stabs of pain in my lower right back has been exhausting and pushing my stress through the roof. Thursday for some reason I got a bee in my bonnet and went and flipped my bed 180 degrees during the day so that I'd now have the less compressed side of the mattress available for resting at the end of the day.... By Friday morning my back pain is seemingly gone. Now for a lot of work to strengthen the back, but i can only surmise that lack of good support for my back allowed it to stay in continuous spasm? Or its a complete coincidence and my back just needed that amount of time to recover. Now to get back after making good choices. And maybe just maybe getting my new full flat top griddle set up on the Weber NG grill and seeing how things go. Have great weekends All.
