In a different group I’m in we are doing mini-challenges. I just wanted to share what some of my goals are. We actually started last Saturday. No Snacking Daily ✅ 1 Diet Coke on Friday/Saturday/Sunday.✅ Practice getting Up/Down off the floor using my left side and right side Daily☑️ Use my vibration plate Daily☑️ Say my affirmations to my reflection in the mirror Daily✅ I missed a day or two of the Up/Down and Vibration plate. I’m still figuring out best times to fit them in. In all it was a good week😊 On to week 2💪
