Morning Check In: yesterday went pretty well! I’d give it a 7 out of 10 for eating because of the quantity, not quality. I’m still struggling with quantity. Today two meals. Protein for lunch. No sugar or starch with dinner. Exercise: gym this morning, lots of yardwork, and a bike ride! Take a 10 minute walk after dinner. I think what stops me from walking after dinner is that I feel it should be a long walk. No. 10 minutes is fine. 5 minutes is also fine! Just get out there and move after dinner!
