Good evening, I am new to this community. I have read much and listened to even more information regarding the benefits of a keto or low carb low sugar diet. I have been a vegetarian for close to 40 years and turned vegan within the last year. Unfortunately I am really struggling on the ability to maintain low carbs. I can get probably 3-D days in and then my body is just screaming for carbohydrates. Any advice would be immensely appreciated.. blessings, Marie
