I’m trying to get back on track. I’ve been low carb for four and a half years. Lost some weight but gradually settled into eating too much fat ( food addiction, right ?). I’m trying to break the weight loss stall by taking seriously some PSMF days every week. Is anyone else using PSMF ( or have done in the past ) to break a stall ? If so how did you do it ? How many days a week ? What macros do you shoot for ? How did it go ? I’m aiming at 0-5g of carbs, 110g protein and as close to 0 fat grams as I can get on my PSMF days. And aiming to do at least two days a week ( not consecutive). Has anyone done more than two day a week PSMF?
