Morning Check In: Yesterday I decided to “skip” lunch and just eat scraps from cooking instead, but I’ll bet those “scraps” ended up being bigger than lunch would have been. One interesting thing - strawberries are in season where we live now, much earlier than where we used to live! I have not tested strawberries on blood sugar before and I was interested to find that eaten after dinner, they did very little to blood sugar. Yay!!!!! I’ll enjoy them while the season lasts. Today I have time to go to the gym, and I’ll take a bike ride later and go for a walk. Protein for lunch. No sugar/no starch!
