Morning Check In: Yesterday went well, even though I ended up eating lunch when I had intended a one meal day. I got SUPER hungry and it was distracting me while I was trying to work. I like practicing not being overly rigid with plans, flexing if I feel like I legitimately need to. Lunch was just protein (chicken breast) so I felt good about it. Today two meals, protein for lunch (chicken again). I’m trying to empty out the frig of perishables because we leave tomorrow and will be gone 3 or 4 days, so not sure about dinner, but no sugar or starches for sure! Going to the gym this morning.
