Yesterday was a fantastic day. It felt so good to recover so quickly from that back strain. I've changed my routine this week from getting up at 0350 in the morning and into the Y for sauna at 0500. Now I'm getting up at 0630 and doing weight resistance days earlier in the morning and then sauna and pool early afternoon. The change is nice. Yesterday I got in: 40 minutes of lifting 5 miles on bike at my best recorded time yet 60 minutes of 175° sauna 30 minutes of pool exercise. Macros were: Protein 168g Net carbs 24 g Fat 106 g Lots of hydration
