I have a final in 10 minutes for a class that has been less than ideal this semester. I could feel my anxiety starting to ramp up and I knew that if I let it get the better of me, I'd fail my exam. So I stopped what I was doing and sat down in a comfortable spot and did some deep muscle relaxation and breath work. I feel so much better now! This is an important part of my spiritual self-care. What type of self-care is everyone practicing tonight?
