Back on track. I have decided to start eating more non-starchy vegetables in a salad with non processed dressings. Great recipes for salad dressings. Salads take longer to eat and in the past greens gave me more energy. I was on a Furhman diet and the main meals were salads . I will see how the glucose responds and tweak if necessary. After this sensor I will take a break from it and perhaps try another brand or stay with finger pricking. The difference between the two was 18 gms this am, Stelo being the lower. I felt like I was drugged with the overdose of cheese and the anti inflammatory this past weekend. Thanks for the support and Scott, thanks for the reminder to stay on track , not mess with the margins.
