Had a great day yesterday with my established routine. 50 minutes of early morning sauna at 175°. 3k steps. Several reps of heavier leg presses. Few minutes on the elliptical arc trainer, it was an experiment to see how it felt. I enjoyed it and will definitely be incorporating it into my routine in the weeks to come. Did 5 miles on the stationary bike at 13.02 mph as well. My macros were: Protein 150g Net carbs 22g Fat 88g I also checked to see how my glucose and ketone levels are doing an hour after exercise and before dinner. Looking good at 86 mg/dl and 0.8 mmol/L. Right in my sweet spot. Cheers!
