ISO: Thoughts on & recommendations for blue light blocking glasses. I’m thinking of getting an orange & a red pair. I know there are several companies out there that some health influencers have discount codes for but tbh a lot of those are still pretty pricy. I’m wondering if anyone is using or have purchased any off of Amazon that you felt were quality products?? This is just another layer for me of dealing with blue light in the evening but still being able to spend time with my family who looooove all the lights all the time! I don’t want to have to exile myself to my room if I don’t have to! 😬 Thoughts? Recommendations? TIA!! 😎🫶
