Morning Check In: OMG, I went to a screening of the documentary The Cholesterol Code and it did not disappoint. What an incredible job they did! I was committed before, but I left that showing feeling even MORE inspired to live my life in a way that supports my best metabolic health. Today two meals. Protein for lunch. Having guests over for dinner and will make something amazing, of course! I’m always surprised when people think eating this way is hard or restrictive. It is so not! Put a new CGM on, and as RichR says it’s off to a rocky start, as usual! But not the crazy numbers I was getting on that last one.
