Morning Check In: yesterday, day 4 of our camping trip, went well once again (shout out to food prep!), although you’d never know it by my CGM! The danged thing went crazy yesterday morning. It shot into the stratosphere while I was still fasting, and then went crazy for the rest of the day. It’s still crazy today. I guess I’ll take it off, although it’s kind of funny to watch. Today will be another 1.5 day meal with the big meal for lunch - this is working soooo great for us while camping! Even my hubby is loving it! No sugar, but dinner tonight has a bit of starch in it.
