Just finished up 50 minutes in the 175° sauna. This afternoon is weight resistance lifting and 5 miles on the bike. I set a goal to do 5 miles a day on the bike on my way home from the office. My food macros have been right on the money for me, my body seems to do well in this range. Yesterday was: 151 g protein 24 g carbs 96 g fat. Lots of hydration and plenty of electrolytes. Cheers!
