Week 35 is in the books since I decided enough was enough. The weeks are flying by! It's hard to believe I've already lost 32% of my body weight in that time. I'm posting my scale reading this morning. That's a number I haven't seen in 13 years. Bring on week 36! I plan to think well about myself, eat well and move my body. No excuses 💪
