The metabolic doctor prescribed me to walk 10k steps 5 x week. Most of my weight is visceral. I Googled walking in relation to belly fat lost and there is research that backs that up. I have been walking in these hills since the snow and my body shape has changed, not just in the belly but in the arms as well. I have always exercised (cardio and strengthening) for years, decades. I am surprised how my arms lost weight when I have not done any strengthening in about 6 weeks.
